Job Description（此工作岗位在海外马来西亚公司吉隆坡）
As custodian of our brand, you will plan and execute local to global marketing initiatives which include, but not limited to: brand & product management, corporate communications, event management, regional sponsorships, business development and social media.
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop growth plans for the MLM business including leading and developing the company's overall marketing strategy and manage its execution
· Negotiate, coordinate, and implement all sponsorship, advertising, sales promotions and merchandising programs for all market segments
· Support channel strategies including new branches opening / products launching
· Work closely with all departments to help drive sales and market share
· Manage relationship with key distributors as well as suppliers
· Responsible development and implementation of the annual business plan
· Responsible for the preparation and implementation of all marketing/media budgets
· Develop and launch innovative brand and service marketing campaigns that the uniqueness of the brand/product, especially through the medium of social media
· Own and maximize budget across paid, owned and earned media to generate buzz, maximize effectiveness and drive measurable KPIs including awareness, demand, NPS, customer acquisition and usage
· Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO and Management
We are looking for an experienced marketing leader with broad field experience and proven track record. You should have some formal marketing training, although we value experience and culture fit ahead of academic records.
You should be equally adept at formulating fact-based and data-driven strategies as well as in implementation and activation.
To succeed in this challenging position, you must be prepared to work hard and go through a steep learning curve and be a go-getter and a people person. This is certainly not a 9 to 5 job.
