Job Responsibilities:
• To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through Ｏnline marketing
• To manage business inquiries by via phone, e-mail and/or live chat
• To provide outstanding service and support to the internet giant’s advertisers, publishers and users
• To provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolio
• To implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.

• Excellent communication in English and Chinese language
• Sales experience
• A creative mindset and good understanding of customer needs
• Analytical skills and a logical mindset
• Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• The ability to work in an organized and structured manner
